Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes are offered only electronically via the internet and is open to all individuals age 18 and older. Entries are limited to new customers only, one per household for the duration of this sweepstakes. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family and household members of Phasedata are NOT eligible to win. All entries are subject to being contacted by Phasedata and entered into our database to be used for promotional purposes. (No information will be sold to outside parties).
PRIZE: Each winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value: $958.00 USD
* Phasedata reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of comparable value if necessary.
Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received, with drawings to be held every Friday for the duration of the sweepstakes. Dialtone Internet reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time.
General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bounded by these Official Rules and the decisions of Phasedata, which will be final. Phasedata reserves the right to disqualify any person or email address that Phasedata determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Phasedata, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any entry not properly received for any reason.
By participating in the Sweepstakes each participant agrees to release and hold Phasedata and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including and without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
